Tell us what you want built or fixed, roughly how big it is and what is there now (grass, gravel, old concrete or asphalt). Mention anything you have noticed: a crack that keeps widening, a panel that rocks or has dropped, water that sits after a storm, or a sidewalk the city has flagged with a Hazard Notice.
